Having a dedicated mentor who helped me to feel seen, heard and supported through my journey after becoming a mentor angel himself was the turning point to successfully navigating my anxiety, depression and treatment side effects. YOU have created something beautiful, necessary and far reaching. The fact that we experienced a teacher-student relationship so many years ago that turned on its axis to me becoming the "student" and you and my mentor becoming the "teacher(s)" is a testimony to the affirming circle of life.
