Catherine, truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to pass the COO torch to me at RLC. You’re one of the most dedicated, thoughtful, and capable people I’ve had the opportunity to work with. And when you transitioned into the CTO role, the organization and I somehow got even luckier. You’ve been an incredible thought partner, collaborator, and leader -- working alongside you has absolutely made me better.
